If you have any queries before placing your order please contact us. These terms & conditions can be updated at any time without notice to our customers.


You are responsible for the proof reading all text. Geri Loves Emi Paper Co will not be held responsible for any spelling mistakes or errors not picked up during this stage. We strongly recommend carefully reading through all proofs received and if necessary printing this off to make sure nothing is missed. We will not begin printing your stationery until we have received your written sign off confirming you are happy to proceed. When the final proof is approved you accept full responsibility for this final draft. If mistakes are discovered after final printing, we will charge you the reprinting cost. We will provide up to three rounds of draft digital proofs, before a final proof is given for sign off. Any extra rounds will incur a fee of £20.00 per proof. Any amendments required must be submitted via email only, so we have a written record of any requested changes.


Samples for house collections are available online. Samples at this stage are not personalised with your details.


Once your order has been confirmed, and full payment has been cleared, a representative of Geri Loves Emi Paper Co will contact you within 1 working day to request your wedding details and we will enclose a help sheet to assist with wording, if required. Once you have provided us with your wording, a JPG draft proof of your personalised wedding stationery will be sent to your email address within 3-5 working days. Once the final proof has been approved for production, your finished stationery will be printed and hand-finished. Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery. Your stationery may be produced sooner than this but it cannot be guaranteed. These timings may alter due to unforeseen circumstances but Geri Loves Emi Paper Co will keep you updated throughout the process.


Please note that samples and digital proofs may not exactly match the finished product due to variations in the print production process. Press set-up, dies, ink and cardstock can all result in small variations. Minor differences in colour, texture, size and positioning can sometimes occur and do not constitute a fault or a refund.


Deliveries will be sent to the shipping address supplied on your order, unless we are informed in writing at any point before delivery that there should be a change to this address. If there are any errors in the address supplied or an incorrect address is given, Geri Loves Emi Paper Co, cannot be held responsible for orders that do not arrive as a result of this error. Please note that all deliveries will need to be signed for upon receipt. 

Wedding stationery orders are sent via Royal Mail 1st class signed for delivery as standard. Larger or heavier items will be sent via courier, either Parcel Force of DPD. Geri Loves Emi Paper Co is not responsible for damage to your stationery after it leaves our design studio. This includes damage during delivery and subsequent posting to guests. We do ship goods internationally but this does incur extra costs, this will be agreed in writing. Please note that goods posted outside the UK may be subject to local custom charges, so please ensure you check what these are, as Geri Loves Emi Paper Co accepts no responsibility for delays in shipping or duty charges.


The prices of goods are listed on our website in UK Pound. Geri Loves Emi Paper Co reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

Quotes remain valid for a period of 2 months from the date on the quote and shall not be affected by any price increases during this period.


Methods of payment accepted are bank transfer, PayPal and payments made directly through the website. When making an online payment using a Credit or Debit card, you confirm that the credit or debit card being used belongs to you. Geri Loves Emi Paper Co reserves the right to decline any query or order at their discretion.

We cannot book design or production until we have received the full payment for your order. If there are any adjustments to your original order such as changes to the quantities required, you will be invoiced additionally. If numbers change and supplies have already been ordered by us, then you will not be refunded for the extra supplies.


In the event of a wedding stationery order being cancelled prior to printing it will be charged at 50% of the order value. Wedding stationery orders will not be eligible for cancellation or refund after final proofs have been approved. In the unlikely event of the order being cancelled by Geri Loves Emi Paper Co then you will be given a full refund.  Any damaged or faulty goods must be notified to us by email within 2 days of receipt and we will require you to return any or all damaged/faulty goods packed securely, so as to avoid any damage likely to be incurred during transportation. If your stationery is deemed to be faulty on the part of Geri Loves Emi Paper Co, a replacement / refund will be issued. Geri Loves Emi Paper Co will only offer a replacement or refund on the items that are damaged/faulty.


Geri Loves Emi Paper Co will not share your personal details with any third party and will not send you any marketing material. We reserve the right to use any stationery we create for you to promote our products and services on our website and social media platforms.

All designs are the copyright and property of Geri Loves Emi Paper Co. Neither you, nor a third party, may copy any part of the design or reproduce it in any way, whether for business or personal use. Any infringement of copyright of our designs shall be pursued and will result in legal action. It is your responsibility to obtain permission for any copyright material that features in the stationery, such as hymns, poems or quotes.
